The Ashby Inn is open for breakfast to it's Inn guests 7 days a week and lunch Wednesday through Saturday with brunch on Sundays (12-2). This position is a full-time an the days will consist of Wednesday-Sundays or as needed with potential to advance based on job performance and dedication. We are seeking hospitality-oriented professionals with a strong background in fine dining service and knowledge of wines.
Server Requirements: Fine-dining experience with a strong knowledge of wines; detail oriented; excellent work ethic; flexible schedule that includes morning and afternoon shifts, both weekday and weekends; support team to reach common goals.
The Maître D' is a part-time weekend position Friday-Sunday that supports the wait-staff. The main responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, running food to tables, and side-duties.
